This is based on an existing building at Farad, California. It is a run of the river hydro-power plant that was originally built in 1899 to provide power for the mines in Virginia City, Nevada. It closed due to the failure of its diversion dam in 1996. Sister plants are still operating on the same Truckee river.
You will receive a set of parts that are 3D printed. These parts will include windows shutters and doors. Parts will be included for mounting on a flat surface as well as a slope as shown. You will need to finish and glue the parts together. Signs are not included.
